Budweiser is opening the doors of its Williamsburg, Va., brewery as part of its summer celebration which specifically celebrates Virginia this year.
Virginia is one of 11 states whose namesake is featured on Budweiser bottles. The bottles are available today through the end of September and celebrate the local states Budweiser and its breweries call home.
The packaging has replaced iconic Budweiser language to celebrate Virginia, where Budweiser is proudly brewed. Additionally, each bottle sold in Virginia will feature Virginia emblazoned on the label. Furthermore, the beer in each respective Virginia bottle is brewed at the Williamsburg Anheuser-Busch brewery. The 10 other states where Budweiser is brewed will also receive their own state packaging including California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Texas.
