Brand Napa Valley Intros New Look

Brand Napa Valley, the  Pritchard Hill estate, unveils a contemporary logo and refreshed brand packaging this month with the release of the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2018 Proprietary Blend. Inspired by the concept of place—comprised of Brand Napa Valley’s location, locale, and deep sense of place—the new logo draws upon the clean lines, sustainable design, and modern elegance of the winery and the natural landscape of the estate’s 110 hilltop acres.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon and Proprietary Blend are the first vintages to feature the updated branding, including new labels, specially-designed cork art, and customized boxes. Flagships of the Brand Napa Valley portfolio, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon represents the highest expression of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, crafted to reflect the power, opulence, and artistry of the hilltop vineyard, while the 2018 Proprietary Blend layers Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon for a blend that balances beauty and elegance with intensity and structure. In addition to the modern packaging and refreshed color palette, the new labels feature hand-rendered artwork by artist and graphic designer Michael McDermott.

“Inspired by the estate’s natural surroundings and strong architectural features, the new packaging is a true representation of Brand Napa Valley today,” said Christine O’Sullivan, proprietor. “We want what is on the outside of the bottle to reflect the artistry, character, and sense of place that is inside the bottle, and we are excited to share the new design with our customers in tandem with the stunning 2018 vintages.”
