Analysts Not Hopeful China Trade Talks to Move Forward in 2019

On Friday, the U.S. Trade Representative announced some progress had been made, but an analyst at National Australia Bank described the current situation as an agreement that says “we are not further on tariffs but are not going backwards one step.”
